Due to its handcrafted nature, no 2 soaps are exactly the same. So the one that you order might be slightly different from the picture—I hope it won't upset you :)

Lin enjoys playing with different plant oils to make soaps for all kinds of skin needs, to use essential oils that satisfy the smell sensation, and to find natural plant powder or pigments for visual fun. You are welcome to contact me and tell me what you like and what kind of skin you have—I am willing to try to create a custom soap to suit your skin,
also for your visual & smell satisfaction.
SHIPPING POLICY
I usually use USPS first-class package service retail. After we received the order we ship in 1-2 business days. Usually the buyer pays the shipping, but sometimes we will have promotions with no shipping cost.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you have problem with the product please contact me, let me know what's wrong and we can start to solve the problem from there, either arrange for refund or an exchange if necessary.
